Prescription compounded NAD+ and sermorelin, reviewed by a licensed provider and shipped to your door as an injectable prepared against your individual prescription. Your provider sets your dose and tells you how to take it. Neither is FDA approved, and compounded medications are not approved or evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. No membership fee, and no lab work is required to be considered.

How treatment starts

You complete an online questionnaire covering your medical history and the medications you already take. A licensed provider reviews it and decides whether either product is appropriate for you, and at what dose. Nothing is dispensed unless they approve it.

If they approve you, your prescription goes to a state-licensed compounding pharmacy in the United States, which prepares it against your individual prescription. It ships to your door with instructions from your provider, and those instructions are the ones to follow. If the provider decides treatment is not appropriate for you, you are refunded minus a $30 telehealth visit fee, which covers their time reviewing your file.

Be clear about what these are

Neither NAD+ nor sermorelin is an FDA approved medication, and neither carries FDA approved labeling. That means there is no agency-reviewed statement of what they treat, who they suit, or what to expect, and we are not in a position to write one.

They are prescription products, which is why a licensed provider has to review your file rather than you adding them to a basket like a supplement. If you have read claims about either of these online, treat them carefully and bring them to your provider rather than to us.

What we do not claim

We make no claims about energy, aging, sleep, recovery, athletic performance, longevity or body composition, and we do not publish outcome data, testimonials or success rates. We do not hold that data on our own patients, and we will not repeat figures from elsewhere as though they were ours.

Only a licensed provider can tell you whether either product is appropriate for you, and they may tell you it is not.

What you pay

You are billed once for the supply you choose rather than enrolled in a recurring membership, and there is no separate subscription charge. Delivery terms are set out in our shipping policy.
