Description

This option includes a provider evaluation for patients seeking compounded sermorelin, followed by medication shipping when deemed appropriate. Sermorelin may be used in wellness and hormonal support settings and is often discussed for its potential role in growth hormone signaling and metabolic processes. A licensed provider reviews the patient’s medical history and questionnaire responses to determine whether treatment may be appropriate. If approved, medication is compounded and shipped directly to the patient. Treatment is not guaranteed and is subject to provider discretion.

Medically reviewed by Dr. Rostami, Medical Director, Happy Care Meds. Last reviewed 17 August 2026.

What is included

  • A telehealth visit with a provider licensed in your state
  • Your medication, if the provider approves you, compounded by a licensed US pharmacy
  • Delivery to your door in plain packaging, with nothing on the outside naming the contents
  • Ongoing support from our care team at support@happycaremeds.com
  • No membership fee. The price on this page is the price.

How billing works. You are charged in full when you place your order, before a provider reviews it.

If the provider decides this treatment is not right for you, you are refunded what you paid, less the $30 telehealth visit fee. Nothing is sent to the pharmacy and you are not charged for medication. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

What to expect

  1. You complete a medical questionnaire when you order.
  2. A licensed provider reviews your history and your answers. They may approve you, decline, or come back with questions.
  3. If approved, your prescription goes to a licensed US compounding pharmacy, which fills it and ships it to you.
  4. Your provider sets your dose and tells you how to take it. It is not something you select, and it is not the same for everyone.

Sermorelin is supplied as an injectable prepared by a compounding pharmacy against your individual prescription, in strengths of 0.75 mg, 2.25 mg or 3 mg.

Safety and side effects

Sermorelin is not FDA approved. The only sermorelin product ever approved in the United States was withdrawn from the market in 2008, and there is no approved sermorelin product today. The FDA has not evaluated compounded sermorelin for safety or effectiveness, and its benefits are not established. What follows is drawn from that former labeling and from reported clinical use, not from a current approved product.

Reported effects

  • Pain, redness, swelling or itching where it is injected. This is the most commonly reported effect
  • Flushing of the face
  • Headache or dizziness
  • Nausea, or an altered sense of taste
  • Difficulty swallowing, or a tight feeling in the chest
  • Restlessness or trouble sleeping

Before you start, tell your provider if you

  • Have an underactive thyroid, or any untreated thyroid condition
  • Have a history of cancer, or any active tumour
  • Are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding
  • Take steroids such as prednisone, thyroid medicine, or medicines for diabetes
  • Have liver or kidney problems
  • Take any other prescription medicine, over the counter medicine or supplement

If you are injecting at home

  • Use a new needle and syringe every time, and never share them
  • Put used needles straight into a sharps container, not household trash
  • Rotate where you inject to reduce soreness
  • Contact a provider if an injection site becomes increasingly red, warm, swollen or painful, or leaks fluid, or if you develop a fever. These can be signs of infection

Stop and get medical help straight away if you have

  • Swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat, or trouble breathing
  • Trouble swallowing, or tightness in the chest that does not settle
  • A severe or persistent headache, especially with changes to your vision

This is not medical advice and is not a complete list of side effects. Because there is no current approved labeling for this ingredient, tell your provider about anything unusual, even if it is not listed here.

Shipping and delivery

Your sermorelin medication ships from a licensed US compounding pharmacy in plain packaging, with nothing on the outside naming the contents or the treatment.

Delivery timing, carriers, address requirements, and what to do if a package arrives damaged are all set out in our Shipping Policy.
