Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist. It is compounded together with vitamin B12, which is why your vial is labeled semaglutide/B12. A 30-day supply covers four weekly doses. Semaglutide is taken as a subcutaneous injection once a week. Your provider sets your dose and tells you how to take it. Doses are prescribed weekly, not as a monthly total.
