Semaglutide and tirzepatide are available as a one month or a three month supply, both taken as a weekly injection. Your provider sets your dose after reviewing your medical history and questionnaire, and treatment is dispensed only if they approve you. No membership fee, and no lab work is required to be considered.

How treatment starts

You complete an online questionnaire covering your medical history, the medications you already take and anything you have tried before. A licensed provider reviews it and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you at all, which medication fits, and what dose to begin at. Nothing is dispensed unless they approve it.

If they approve you, your prescription goes to a state-licensed compounding pharmacy in the United States, which prepares it against your individual prescription rather than picking it off a shelf. If a provider decides treatment is not right for you, you are refunded in full.

What compounded means

A compounded medication is prepared by a licensed pharmacy for one named patient, rather than manufactured and sold as a finished branded product. Ours is a 503A compounding pharmacy licensed in the United States. We explain the difference between the two pharmacy types, and why it matters for what you receive, in 503A vs 503B pharmacies.

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not generic versions of any brand-name medication, and they are not the same product. No generic version of those brands exists at present. If you want to know what is actually in a compounded vial, we go through it in what is in compounded semaglutide.

How to check any pharmacy, including ours

What we do not claim

We do not publish weight-loss figures, before and after photographs, or success rates, because we do not hold outcome data on our own patients. Figures you find elsewhere online usually come from clinical studies of brand-name medications, or from a company summarizing what its own members reported about themselves.

What happens for any one person depends on their own circumstances and their own health. Only a licensed provider can tell you whether treatment is appropriate for you, and they may tell you it is not.

What you pay

One price for each supply length, whichever dose you end up on. You are billed once for the supply you choose rather than enrolled in a recurring membership, and there is no separate subscription charge. Delivery terms are set out in our shipping policy.
